Palace of Versailles Cake (gluten-free): An elegant and sophisticated cake, perfect for weddings. Built on a flourless chocolate sponge base, it features a sturdy cream cheese filling, low-sugar blueberry preserve, and is finished with edible flowers and wafer paper—ideal for memorable ceremonies.

On the Way Cake (lactose-free): A charming cake to announce a new arrival. Made with lactose-free sponge (genoese) and plant-based pastry cream, topped with whipped vegan cream. Perfect for sharing sweet news with loved ones.

Baby Shower Cake: A cake designed to build excitement during a gender reveal. Classic sponge layers hide a center filled with colorful candies, and are topped with fondant decorations. When sliced, the cake reveals whether it’s a boy or a girl.

Eternal Love Cake (gluten-free): Specially crafted for silver wedding anniversaries. Made with a gluten-free lemon sponge, filled with white chocolate and lemon cream, and decorated with heart motifs symbolizing 25 years of love.

In this course, in addition to the recipes, you will also learn a variety of techniques that will be useful on many occasions.
